We coordinate with the insurer and the third party. The insurer or accident manager still handles the claim itself.
Replacement vehicle
A like-for-like or courtesy car is arranged where you are entitled to one. Terms and availability apply.
Updates and collection
You receive progress notes and a dedicated contact. Collection is arranged when the repair is signed off; delivery can be added.
Support can also cover uninsured losses and personal injury matters by liaising with the parties involved. Every repair uses approved parts and processes so originality, safety and warranty position are protected.
