Technicians follow a clear path: arrival inspection, estimate, authorisation, parts, repair, preparation and a final quality check. If three photographs help the first conversation, send them with your enquiry. A physical inspection is still required before a firm repair plan.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
