Aluminium, structure and restoration
Manufacturers use aluminium panels to cut weight and improve economy. Aluminium is strong and resists rust, yet it needs specialist training. The workshop has invested in tooling and a purpose-built repair area. Steel and aluminium stay apart so galvanic corrosion from cross-contamination is avoided. Structural and aluminium approvals on the original programme include Volkswagen, Audi, Tesla, Jaguar and Land Rover.
Carbon fibre structures
Lightweight carbon structures, such as those used at the core of modern supercars, need certified repair rather than general panel beating. Technicians who have passed specialised structural courses, including certified aluminium welding, restore strength without hiding damage under filler.
Restoration
Older prestige cars are repaired with the same documentation: photographs, measurements and a finish that can be shown to an insurer or a future buyer. Restoration slots are planned around collision work.
Structural assessment from £180. Restoration programmes are quoted after inspection.
